DIRECTIONS

The house is located in the suburbs north of Wilmington, Delaware in Talleyville. From Interstate Route 95, get off at the "Route 3, Marsh Road" exit. Take Marsh Road North for about 1/4 mile and turn left on Baynard Blvd.  This road ends in less than a mile at a T intersection in front of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.  Turn right onto Shipley Road, and almost immediately make the first left onto Colorado Ave., turning into Shipley Heights development.  Follow Colorado until it ends one block later and turn left onto Hoiland Ave.  One block down, the road intersects with Dakota Ave in front of the house at 313.
